Terms and Conditions

All
bookings are taken on a Saturday to Saturday basis - but see
below regarding the festive season period.

For the
2011/2012 Christmas and New Year period only we will
consider mid-week to mid-week bookings to accommodate the fact
that both Christmas Day and New Year's Day fall close to
Saturday.

The above
prices are all-inclusive of heating, electricity and bed linen.

Towels are
not provided, so you should please bring your own towels
with you.

One
well-behaved pet is welcome (free of charge) but strictly by
prior arrangement.

A 20%
non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking, with
the remaining balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your
holiday.

Payment in
full is required at the time of booking if there are less than 6
weeks remaining until the start date of your holiday.

In the
event of cancellation, payments (other than the deposit which is
non-refundable) will be refunded only if we are
successful in obtaining a suitable replacement booking for the
week(s) you have booked.

It is
therefore very wise to effect appropriate holiday cancellation
insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. As a
small business, current financial services' regulations do not
permit us to offer this cover but it should be readily available
from your insurance company or insurance broker.

In order
to place a booking, we require a completed Booking Form together
with the appropriate payment by cheque or crossed postal order.
N.B. The On-Line Response Form
on our website is not part of an on-line booking system
but is simply our preferred method for you to submit an enquiry
to us. If you indicate that you want to make a definite booking,
we will send a Booking Form out to you, usually by post.

We regret
that, as a small business, we are unable to accept payments by
credit or debit card.

Payments
from outside the UK will be accepted provided that they are made
in GB pounds sterling. We are happy to accept payments by
International Bank Transfer on the strict understanding that you
please accept full responsibility for all the bank charges.

You are
advised to contact us in the
first instance to confirm the availability of the dates you
require. If you wish to proceed with a firm booking, we will
then reserve your dates for you and send out a Booking Form to
you for completion and return, along with the appropriate
payment.
